ordered by my friend,Romi.2 sets of 16pcs 'S' size carrot walnut cupcakes as a gift for her neighbour and the other set is for makan2 with family.the 2 color tone of the cream cheese frosting was due to using 2 different brand of butter..i made the 1st batch using Tatura butter but runs out of it for the 2nd batch.hence,i used Anchor this time resulting in the colour to be slightly pale than the 1st one.however,i hope that Romi likes the taste of the cuppies and also the frosting..thanks a lot dear for placing order with me yg ke how many time dah ni..tak ingat ler...
