Class type:Group hands on.
Yang akan dipelajari ialah:
1. Walnut Brownies with Choc Ganache and Salted Caramel.
2.Marble Cheese Brownies.
3.Oreo Cheese Brownies.
4. Choc Cheese Brownies with Full Choc Ganache
Demo recipe - Congo Bars.

Kita juga akan belajar membuat Salted Caramel Sauce and Silky Smooth Choc Ganache.dan melukis Kerawang Choc drawings
