Kita akan belajar

1. Walnut Brownies with Choc Ganache and Salted Caramel.

2.Marble Cheese Brownies.

3.Oreo Cheese Brownies.

4. Choc Cheese Brownies with Full Choc Ganache

Demo recipe - Congo Bars.

Kita juga akan belajar membuat  Salted Caramel Sauce and Silky Smooth Choc Ganache.and do the Kerawang Choc drawings later on.

Its a group hands-on class.4 person in a group.

Fee - RM250(Deposit rm100 is needed to secure a seat)

10am to 3pm atau sehingga selesai

Untuk yang nak tambah Fudgy Brownies ,Fees nye adalah penambahan rm80 ,anda dikehendaki datang awal sejam iaitu pada pukul 9pagi.,dan bersambung dengan kelas Premium Brownies sehingga InshaAllah 3pm.
